Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we process it within 1 to 3 business days before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Delivery estimates are our best projection, not a guarantee, carriers can face delays outside our control (customs, weather, high shipping volume). If your order is running unusually late, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Shipping Cost

Orders over $60 ship free. Orders under $60 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There's no branding, no logos, and no indication of what's inside on the outer package or shipping label. What you ordered stays private.

International Shipping

We ship to a range of countries. You can confirm whether we ship to yours at checkout, if your country isn't listed as an option, we're not currently able to deliver there. Customers outside the country of origin may be responsible for import duties or customs fees assessed by their local authorities, these are separate from our shipping charges and outside our control.

Wrong Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, if you spot an error, email us at info@femboyflair.com right away. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect or correct the address, and we're not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also check your order's status anytime through our Order Tracking page.
