Find Your Perfect Fit
For the most accurate fit, measure your body as follows:
Measure straight across your back from one shoulder bone to the other.
Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Stand naturally and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
Delivery: Shipping typically takes 10–15 business days after processing. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over $60. Orders under $60 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.
Discreet Packaging: All orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or indication of the contents.
International Shipping: Available to selected countries shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import fees are the customer's responsibility.
Address Changes: Please check your address carefully before ordering. Contact info@femboyflair.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. Addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.

30-Day Returns: You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and include your order number or proof of purchase.
Hygiene Exclusions: Opened underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery, stockings, bodystockings, and final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items: Email info@femboyflair.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
How to Return: Contact us first for approval and return instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund or exchange by email.
Refunds: Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional business days to process the funds.
Cancellations & Changes: Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be changed or cancelled before shipping, typically within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Wrong Address: Please check your shipping address carefully. Once shipped, we cannot refund orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
